Return & Refund Policy

1. Your right to return

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product, in accordance with your statutory rights as a UK consumer. This policy applies equally to all orders regardless of region.

2. Condition of returned products

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the tamper seal intact. Please note: under applicable consumer regulations, food supplement products with a broken protective seal cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If you have opened the product and wish to discuss a concern, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

3. How to initiate a return

To start a return, contact us by email at info@gerganageorgieva.bg within 14 calendar days of receipt. Include your name, phone number and a brief description of your reason for returning. We will send you return instructions by reply. Do not send the product back without first contacting us.

4. Return shipping costs

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was received damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases, we will arrange collection at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a full refund of the product price within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account details you provide. We do not collect payment online, so there is no card charge to reverse.

6. Cancellation before despatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any point before the parcel is despatched. You can do this during the phone confirmation call, or by contacting us afterwards by email or phone. Once an order is in transit, the return process above applies.

7. Refusing delivery (COD orders)

If you decide not to accept the parcel when the courier arrives, simply decline to take delivery. The order will be returned to us and cancelled. No charge is applied.
